Why do I get a quote instead of booking directly?
This way we compare hundreds of rental companies for you. You get the best all-inclusive price from a reliable company, with all insurance and no excess. That is often cheaper than booking yourself.
What is in the price?
All mandatory insurance (third-party liability, damage and theft), no excess, unlimited mileage, breakdown cover with towing and a full-to-full fuel policy.
Do I need a credit card?
Yes. At pick-up the rental company holds a deposit on your credit card. The card must be in the driver’s name, issued by a bank (Visa or Mastercard) and valid for at least 3 more months. Prepaid and virtual cards do not work.
How does the deposit work? Do I get it back?
The deposit is usually €1,000 to €1,500, depending on the car and company. It is released when you return the car. If there is damage, the insurance pays the excess back within 30 days.
From what age can I rent?
From 21. Between 21 and 25 you often pay a fee of about €10 per day. You see it in your quote up front.
When and how do I pay?
You pay the rental up front when you book, by credit card (Visa or Mastercard). The deposit is only held at pick-up.
What do I bring at pick-up?
Your driving licence (held for at least 2 years), your passport or ID card, your voucher and a credit card in the driver’s name. Copies or digital versions are not accepted.
Until when can I cancel for free?
Until the moment you pick up the car.
