SunnVio acts as an intermediary. We compare and arrange a rental car for you at a reliable rental company, via our partners (such as Seamless Car Rental and Auto Europe). The actual rental agreement is concluded on site with the local rental company; that agreement is the legally binding document. SunnVio does not rent out cars itself.
These terms apply to every request, quote and booking made through SunnVio. The rental itself is also subject to the terms of the rental company and our partners, which you receive with your booking.
A request via our form is free and without obligation. You receive an offer within one day. A booking is only concluded after you confirm the offer and payment has been made.
The price shown is all-in: all mandatory insurance is included and there is no excess. You pay the rental sum in advance when confirming your booking, by credit card (Visa or Mastercard). Any local costs (e.g. optional extras) are paid on site to the rental company.
Your rental includes the mandatory insurance. The excess is bought off: if it is charged from your deposit in case of damage, SunnVio refunds it in full within 30 days. At pick-up the rental company reserves a deposit on the main driver’s credit card; it is released at return if there is no damage or other costs.
You are responsible for bringing all required, original documents (valid driving licence, passport/ID card, booking confirmation and a credit card in the main driver’s name) and for complying with the rental company’s terms. If documents are missing, the rental may be refused.
You can cancel free of charge until the moment of pick-up. Changes must be passed on before the rental period starts; costs may apply.
As an intermediary, SunnVio is not liable for the condition or availability of the vehicle, for the conduct of the rental company, or for local costs charged by the rental company. We do our best to arrange everything well and to help you if something goes wrong.
