When you request a rental car or contact us, we process the details you enter yourself: your first and last name, email address, phone number, the main driver's age, pick-up and drop-off location and dates, your car preferences, an optional flight number and the content of your message.
We use your data to handle your request and prepare a suitable quote, and to contact you about your request or question. This is necessary to carry out your request. Only if you give permission via the checkbox do we also use your email address to send you offers and news. You can withdraw that permission at any time via the unsubscribe link in every email.
To actually arrange your rental car, we share the necessary data with the partner(s) through whom the booking runs (such as Seamless Car Rental and Auto Europe). We also use service providers that help us, for example to process forms and email. We make data-processing agreements with these parties. We never sell your data to third parties.
We do not keep your data longer than necessary for the purposes mentioned above, or as long as legally required.
Our website runs over a secure connection (HTTPS) and we take appropriate measures to protect your data.
We use functional cookies that are needed for the site to work (for example to remember your language choice). The Trustpilot widget may place additional cookies.
You have the right to access, correct or delete your data, and to object to its use. You can also withdraw any permission you gave. To do so, email info@sunnvio.com.
